Reseña del libro "Junger Debatte: Band 5 (2022): 'Ich Glaube, Dass Ich Eher Franzosische Wurzeln Habe.' Begegnungen Und Spiegelungen (en Alemán)"
In the course of his life, Ernst Junger became more and more convinced that France was where his writings met with the most adequate response. In fact, especially since after the Second World War, French readers have read Junger's works without any of the political reservations that have accompanied his reception in Germany through decades, though less frequently expressed recently. In France, Junger was regarded in as an homme de lettres whose texts were able to meet the high standards traditionally demanded of literary style here. Junger Debatte 5 contains contributions by French scholars who trace the French predilection for Ernst Junger. Previously unpublished interviews with Junger by French journalists complete the picture. Finally, in addition to the edition of Arnolt Bronnen's correspondence with Ernst and Gretha Junger during the National Socialist era, the volume includes a discussion of Junger's relationship to the New Right with Klaus Theweleit and Volker Weiss, among others.
