Making it a highly unique children's book on death and bereavement. The author (who is an artist as well) also illustrated this book with whimsical images that will delight young minds and ease sore hearts. At the end of the book there are even some simple ideas for engaging art projects that will encourage conversation around the family's personal loss of a loved one.
