"Not under the law but under grace" means that we have the grace and God's enablement to overcome all sin. Yes - ALL sin. Don't let the devil deceive you. God gives you the ability to overcome sin. God even commands us: "Be ye holy because I am Holy." 1 Peter 1:16. And whatever God commands - He enables and gives us the grace to do.
