Collecting, keeping and exhibiting - the components of the museum work can also describe the latest group of works by sculptor Heinz-Gunther Prager (born 1944). This volume, rather a piece of art than an exhibition catalogue, presents Prager's work of the last ten years - sculptures, drawings and graphics - against the background of his workplace and the "pin-boards." These tableaus on the walls of the atelier contain found objects (photos, newspaper clippings, sketches of ideas) and develop an encyclopedia of private, cultural-historical and cosmic references that Prager bases his work on; an intellectually creative input that reflects the older works as well as it provides stimulation for new creations.
