Balduino was the king of Belgium with all of its consequences and responsibilities, including some extremely adverse circumstances. He assumed his destiny as a profession and he discovered many areas in which he could be useful to his compatriots; being aware of their needs, offering them support and solidarity in the trials of life, encouraging their triumphs, and fostering wellness for all.
